When should you use virtual staging?
Use Reimagine AI when the property image exists and you want to show a furnishing possibility. Furnish creates the arrangement, while references and region editing support control over the visual direction.
Cleanup and Enhance provide alternatives when the existing furniture should remain. The selected image can then join a Showcase presentation or become source material for Video Generator, currently beta.
When is an image-based render useful?
Model to render interprets a screenshot of the visible design. The prompt and references guide its materials and atmosphere, making it useful for exploring a visual concept from a model view.

When should you commission architectural rendering?
Choose a model-based service when the deliverable needs to follow plans, specified materials, coordinated views and an agreed revision process. Splatr’s 3D modelling service handles that separate production route.
A realistic-looking AI concept cannot establish that it follows all of those requirements. The distinction is the underlying workflow and deliverable, not simply the visual style of the final image.
Can the outputs work together?
Yes. Rendered panoramas can become a Studio tour, while selected property imagery can form a Showcase page or generated film. Virtual Studio supplies presentation and image-creation tools around the source assets.
Keep proposed designs, virtual furnishing and photographs of the completed property clearly identified. That lets each format communicate its purpose without confusing an image concept with an architectural specification.
