Up to 8 per area, 12 MB each. No upload.
A record of what you observed.
Record the date, property and each area’s condition. Be specific in your notes and captions. Add photos from your device, review the report and download it as a self-contained HTML file. You can print the preview or choose your browser’s Save as PDF option. A JSON project backup lets you reopen and edit the report here later.
Photos are resized for manageable reports. They are not original evidence files, and the tool does not verify capture dates, certify safety or determine damage liability. Keep original photos and metadata, and use the appropriate local inspection process. Signature lines in the report are for manual review, not electronic signing. Your work stays in the tab; download a backup before leaving.
Property inspection report: common questions.
What should a move-in inspection report include?
The address, date, who carried it out, and each room with its condition, specific notes and dated photos. Note meter readings, keys handed over and anything not inspected.
Can I save the report as a PDF?
Yes. Choose Print / save PDF and pick “Save as PDF” in your browser’s print window. You can also download the report as an HTML file.
Can I finish the report later?
Yes. Save the project backup file, then open it here later to keep editing. Nothing is stored online.
Is this an official inventory or check-in report?
No. It is a record of your own observations. For deposit disputes, follow the process your deposit scheme or local law requires and keep the original photos.
